Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Beta-alanine (CarnoSyn®), micronized creatine monohydrate, L-arginine hydrochloride, acidity regulator (citric acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), flavorings, n-acetyl-L-tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, color (red beetroot), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), nicotinamide, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), folic acid (vitamin B9), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 6.5g) with 150–200 ml water. Consume 20–30 minutes before training. Beginners can start with half a serving (½ scoop) to assess tolerance. Do not exceed one serving per day.

Contains caffeine (150mg per serving). Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine.
