CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine, Micronised Creatine Monohydrate, L-Arginine Hydrochloride, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Bulking Agent (Polydextrose), N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame K), Flavouring, Caffeine Anhydrous, L-Ascorbic Acid, Nicotinamide, Colour (Beta Carotene), Methylcobalamin, Pteroylmonoglutamic Acid, Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate.

Usage & Dosage

Take one serving daily (1 level scoop, 6.6g) mixed with 150–200 ml water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Warnings

This product is intended for consumption by healthy adults over 18 years of age only. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are currently taking nitrates for chest pain or medication for erectile dysfunction (PDE-5 inhibitors). Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation caused by beta-alanine. Due to the high caffeine content (150mg per serving), do not use within 6 hours of bedtime. Use only as directed.
