Ingredients

Whey protein concentrate (from milk), cocoa, flavourings, soluble coffee, thickener (xanthan gum), salt, beet juice concentrate, colours [(E163), (E141), (E160a)], acidity regulator (citric acid), anti-caking agent (E551), sweetener (sucralose).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop, 30g) with 200–300ml of cold water or milk and shake well. Take 1 serving per day: on training days, immediately after training; on non-training days, immediately after waking.
