Dorian Yates DY LIFE DHA + Lutein offers a focused combination of omega-3 DHA from high-quality fish oil and lutein in a convenient soft capsule taken once a day. Each serving contains 500 mg fish oil, of which 250 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), together with 10 mg lutein.

Each capsule contains 250 mg DHA. DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA.

DY LIFE DHA + Lutein comes in easy-to-swallow soft capsules and is designed for daily use as part of a varied and balanced diet. With 60 capsules per pack, each jar lasts a full two months at the recommended dose of one capsule per day.
