Ingredients
Whey protein concentrate (from milk), flavourings, thickener (xanthan gum), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K).
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 serving (30g) with 200–300ml water or skimmed milk. Shake well. On training days, take 1 serving immediately after training. On rest days, take a serving right after waking up. Do not exceed recommended dose.
