Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (water, magnesium chloride hexahydrate – 31% concentration).

Usage & Dosage

Spray onto the body and massage well into the skin. Ideally after a shower or before bed. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply as needed. Apply to any area of the body, avoiding broken skin and delicate areas such as the eyes. Focus on joints, muscles and any areas of concern. Suitable for children and for use during pregnancy. 10 sprays provide at least 200 mg (57% of the NRVs) of elemental magnesium for optimal absorption. For children, halve the dose.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. On first application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate a low magnesium level and results from the rapid absorption of magnesium through the pores. This sensation will fade with regular use and, since absorption begins immediately, the skin can be dried with a towel after massaging. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
