About BetterYou – Magnesium Oil Joint Spray – 100 ml.
BetterYou Magnesium Oil Joint Spray is a transdermal spray designed to deliver magnesium directly through the skin, with the addition of glucosamine sulphate. Each bottle contains approximately 600 sprays, providing around 60 complete doses of 10 sprays each.
The magnesium chloride in this formula comes from the ancient Zechstein seabed and carries the trusted Zechstein Inside® mark, recognised for its purity and quality. The spray is enhanced with menthol and wintergreen essential oil, giving a refreshing, cooling sensation on application.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Transdermal application offers a convenient alternative, particularly for those who prefer to avoid supplements taken by mouth. Simply spray onto clean skin and massage in for optimal absorption.

Ingredients
Water, Concentrated solution of Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate (water, magnesium chloride hexahydrate), glucosamine sulphate 2KCL (from fish and crustaceans ), natural menthol flavouring, wintergreen essential oil, emulsifier: polysorbate 20.
Usage & Dosage
Spray onto the body and massage well into the skin. Best after showering. Focus on joints and muscles. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply as needed. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding sensitive areas such as the eyes. 10 sprays provide elemental magnesium along with 105mg of glucosamine. Suitable from 12 years of age.
Warnings
On first application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is because the magnesium is absorbed very quickly through the pores. This subsides with regular use, and since absorption begins immediately, the skin can be wiped with a towel after massaging the product in. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For children under 12, BetterYou recommends the MagnesiumOil Original or MagnesiumOil Sensitive sprays, which do not contain essential oils. For the same reason, the MagnesiumOil Original spray is also recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
