Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).

Usage & Dosage

Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie down and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intense experience.

Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Flakes (approximately 1 cup) to about 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit down and relax for 20 minutes.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium.

On first use, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is harmless and will disappear with regular use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
