BetterYou Magnesium Flakes offer a simple and relaxing way to enjoy a warm foot soak or bath. These high-purity flakes are made from Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate and dissolve easily in warm water, making them ideal for both foot soaks and full baths as part of a regular wellbeing routine.

Every kilogram of BetterYou Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium, with a concentration of 47% MgCl2. The flakes are free from parabens, synthetic colours, synthetic fragrances, preservatives, palm oil and palm oil derivatives — making them a clean and conscious choice for your self-care.

BetterYou Magnesium Flakes are suitable for vegans and vegetarians and are a simple addition to your weekly bathing routine. Each 250g pack is enough for one full bath or several foot soaks, helping you unwind and take time for yourself two to three times a week.

Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).

Usage & Dosage

Foot bath: Add 150g of magnesium chloride flakes (approximately 1 cup) to about 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Bath: Add 250g of magnesium chloride flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intense experience.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. On first application you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is harmless and subsides with regular use.

Storage

Magnesium Flakes are highly hygroscopic and quickly absorb moisture if left open. Store in a dry place and reseal opened bags promptly. Use within 12 months of opening.
