Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).

Usage & Dosage

Foot bath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (approximately 1 cup) to about 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intense experience. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. 1kg Magnesium Flakes contains 120g elemental magnesium.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. On first use you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is harmless and subsides with regular use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Consult your doctor before starting any new supplements, especially if you are on medication or have any medical conditions. Magnesium Flakes are highly hygroscopic and quickly absorb moisture if left open.
