Usage & Dosage

Apply 5 ml (4 pumps) around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a good time to apply, as the skin is warm and pores are open, which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding sensitive areas. Focus on joints, muscles and areas you want to give extra care. Reapply as needed. The current formulation provides at least 120 mg magnesium per 5 ml (4 pumps).

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Use within 12 months of opening. On first application you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is harmless and subsides with regular use. We recommend gradually increasing the amount.
