Usage & Dosage

Spray onto the body and massage well into the skin. Best after showering or before bedtime. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply as needed. Apply anywhere on the body, but avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes. Focus on joints, muscles and problem areas. 10 sprays provide at least 100 mg (28% of the reference intake) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. Contains approximately 600 sprays.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use on broken or damaged skin. On first application, a slight tingling sensation may be experienced. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is a result of the rapid absorption of magnesium through the pores; this subsides with regular use. Suitable for children and for use during pregnancy. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
