The magnesium content is based on transdermal use. These flakes are not intended for oral consumption. The whole 750g pack contains 90g of elemental magnesium spread across 3 bath servings.

Ingredients

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, pelargonium roseum (rose geranium) leaf oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, citronellol, limonene, linalool, geraniol.

Usage & Dosage

Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Relax Flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intense experience.

Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Relax Flakes (approximately 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Recommended frequency: 2–3 times per week.
