BetterYou Magnesium Flakes Mind is a transdermal magnesium bath. Each pouch contains 750g of high-purity magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, skilfully combined with a soothing botanical fragrance of sweet orange peel extract and basil essential oil, to create a relaxing ritual in the bath or footbath.

Magnesium is one of the most important minerals for the body, contributing to normal muscle function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function. By dissolving these flakes in a warm bath or footbath, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation while being enveloped in the invigorating aroma, both citrusy and herbaceous.

Ingredients

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, citrus aurantium dulcis (sweet orange) peel extract, limonene, ocimum basilicum (basil) oil, linalool, citral.

Usage & Dosage

Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Mind Flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie down and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.

Foot bath: Add 125g of Magnesium Mind Flakes (approximately 1 cup) to approximately. 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit down and relax for 20 minutes.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended during pregnancy (contains basil essential oil).

Storage

Magnesium Flakes are highly hygroscopic and quickly absorb moisture if the pouch is left open. Store in a dry place and reseal opened bags promptly. Use within 12 months of opening.
