Ingredients

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, popping candy (sugar, glucose syrup, lactose [from milk], carbon dioxide, cocoa butter), lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, linalool.

Usage & Dosage

Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Flakes (approximately 2 cups) per bath. Lie down and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intense experience.

Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Flakes (approximately 1 cup) to about 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit down and relax for 20 minutes.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel nice, soft and supple.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. On first application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate a low magnesium level and results from the rapid absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will fade with regular use.

Storage

Magnesium Flakes are highly hygroscopic and quickly absorb moisture if the pack is left open. Store in a dry place and reseal opened bags promptly. Use within 12 months of opening.
