Ingredients

Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate, Cananga Odorata (Ylang-Ylang) Flower Oil, Salvia Sclarea (Clary Sage) Oil, Linalool.

Usage & Dosage

Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Menopause Flakes (about 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Menopause Flakes (about 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
