Usage & Dosage

Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a perfect time to apply, as the skin is warm and the pores are open, which supports absorption. Apply anywhere on the body, but avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes. In case of severe restlessness, Magnesium Menopause Body Spray can be combined with Magnesium Menopause Flakes. Reapply as needed. Contains 600 sprays. 10 sprays provide 75 mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. On first application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is because the magnesium is absorbed very quickly through the pores. This subsides with regular use, and since absorption begins immediately, the skin can be wiped with a towel after massaging the product in. Keep out of reach of children.
