Cytoplan's 50+ Multivitamin is a complete multivitamin and mineral formula in food-form, specifically developed with the nutritional needs of adults aged 50 and over in mind. Each dose of two vegetable capsules provides a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D3 equivalent to 800% NRV, B vitamins in active form such as methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin (vitamin B12), as well as bioavailable mineral complexes — all developed to complement a balanced diet.

This formula goes beyond an ordinary multivitamin by including a biodynamic superfood blend, Beta 1-3, 1-6 Glucan from Saccharomyces cerevisiae , and Co-Enzyme Q10. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of normal bones and maintenance of normal muscle function.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule twice daily (i.e. 1–2 capsules daily as a food supplement), or as directed by your practitioner. Serving size: 2 vcaps. Servings per container: 30.
