Cytoplan's Vitamin D3 + K2 combines two essential fat-soluble nutrients in a convenient vegan capsule. Each capsule contains 100 µg (4,000 IU) vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol together with 100 µg vitamin K2 in the highly bioavailable MK-7 form, designed to work synergistically to support key functions in the body.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Formulated without unnecessary additives and encapsulated in a plant cellulose shell, this product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is free from all 14 major allergens. It is ideal for those seeking targeted supplementation, particularly during periods of limited sun exposure.

Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

1 capsule daily with food as a dietary supplement, or as recommended by a practitioner.

Warnings

If you are taking warfarin or other anticoagulants, consult your doctor or practitioner before using this product. This is a high-potency product recommended for short-term use only. This supplement contains 100 µg (4,000 IU) vitamin D3 per capsule. If you are taking other supplements containing vitamin D, check your total daily intake; if it is 125 µg (5,000 IU) or more per day for more than two to four months, you should regularly monitor your vitamin D levels.
