Cytoplan Immune Complete is a comprehensive multi-nutrient formula in 60 vegetarian capsules, designed to provide broad nutritional support for daily wellbeing. It brings together a wide range of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and plant-based ingredients — including Vitamin C, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin D3 (from lichen), Vitamin A and a complete B-complex — carefully selected to cover the nutritional basics for a healthy immune system.

In addition to vitamins and minerals, Immune Complete contains functional ingredients such as Beta 1-3,1-6 glucan (derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae), Quercetin, Resveratrol, N-Acetyl-Cysteine (NAC), L-Lysine and an Oregano 4:1 extract. Minerals such as Magnesium, Manganese, Chromium, Copper and Molybdenum further complement the formula. Vitamin B12 is provided as Methylcobalamin, Folate as L-Methyltetrahydrofolate and Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) — bioavailable, body-ready forms chosen to support optimal absorption.

Usage & Dosage

Adults – maintenance: 1 capsule per 30kg body weight daily. Acute: 2 capsules per 30kg body weight daily. Teenagers – maintenance: 1 capsule daily. Acute: 2 capsules daily. Take with food as a dietary supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without guidance from a healthcare professional. Do not take vitamin A supplements if you are pregnant, or likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic. Consult a healthcare provider if you are taking medication, particularly anticoagulants, due to the vitamin K2 content. Only suitable for adults and teenagers. Should not be taken together with any additional daily multi-nutrient supplement.

Contains beta 1-3,1-6 glucan derived from saccharomyces cerevisiae (baker's yeast) and selenium from yeast. Free from wheat, dairy, soy, corn and gluten. Suitable for individuals with sensitivity to Candida or yeast (the beta-glucan is a pure extraction and does not contain enough yeast protein to cause an allergic reaction).
