Cytoplan Daily D3 + K2 provides 50 µg (2,000 IU) of vegan vitamin D3 along with 50 µg of vitamin K2 (as MK-7) in one convenient tablet per day. The vitamin D3 is sourced from lichen, making it a genuinely plant-based option suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike — a rarity in the world of vitamin D supplementation.
