HR Labs HydroEAA is a complete formula of essential amino acids and hydration support, delivering 10,000 mg of all nine EAAs per serving, including 5,590 mg of L-Leucine. Essential amino acids cannot be synthesised by the body and must be obtained through diet or supplementation, making HydroEAA a convenient and effective way to ensure your daily EAA intake — whether you train or not.

Beyond its EAA profile, HydroEAA is designed with hydration in mind. Each serving contains a blend of electrolytes — sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium and chloride — from premium branded ingredients including CocoMineral® (coconut water powder), Aquamin MG® (marine magnesium) and Aquamin F® (calcium from algae), together with pink Himalayan salt and potassium citrate. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and a reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.

The formula also contains 1,500 mg of Taurine and AstraGin® — a patented blend of Astragalus Membranaceus and Panax Notoginseng — rounding out this versatile powder. Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Mix one rounded scoop (18g) with 400–500 ml of water. Can be used upon waking and during training.
