HR Labs HydroEAA is a complete formula with essential amino acids and fluid balance, designed to support your performance and recovery goals. Each 18g serving provides a full 10,000mg EAA Matrix — covering all nine essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own — with 4,000mg L-Leucine as its foundation.

In addition to the amino acid profile, HydroEAA contains 1,500mg Taurine, together with a multi-source electrolyte complex based on premium branded ingredients: CocoMineral® coconut water powder, Aquamin MG® marine magnesium and Aquamin F® calcium from algae, as well as Pink Himalayan Salt and Potassium Citrate. AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng) rounds out the formula to support nutrient absorption.

HydroEAA comes in the refreshing Super Fresh OJ flavour, mixes easily in 400–500ml of water, and is suitable for use at any time of day — on both training and rest days. Ingredients

Essential amino acid blend (L-leucine, L-lysine, L-threonine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-phenylalanine, L-methionine, L-histidine, L-tryptophan), acidity regulators (citric acid, malic acid), taurine, pink Himalayan salt, CocoMineral® (coconut water powder), Aquamin MG® (marine mineral providing min. 10% naturally derived magnesium citrate), Aquamin F® (seaweed providing at least 32% naturally derived calcium), aroma, potassium citrate, colour (beetroot powder), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng).

Usage & Dosage

Mix one heaped scoop (18g) with 400–500ml water. Can be used straight after waking, before, during or after training. On rest days it can be taken at any time to support daily fluid balance and amino acid intake.
