Usage & Dosage

Defib is a high-dose, research-based pre-workout designed for advanced trainers. Consider your own tolerance before use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml water 20–30 minutes before training. Advanced users will benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Optimal doses of active ingredients are achieved at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings within a 24-hour period. Do not use within 5 hours of intended sleep.
