Usage & Dosage

Defib V3 is a high-dose, research-based pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Consider your own tolerance before use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml water 20–30 minutes before training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. The full serving of active ingredients is provided at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings within a 24-hour period. Do not use within 5 hours of intended sleep.
