HR Labs Defib V3 Advanced Pre Workout Catalyst is a powerfully dosed pre-workout powder designed for experienced, dedicated trainers. It combines a carefully selected blend of ingredients — including Citrulline Malate 2:1, Beta Alanine, Betaine Anhydrous and Caffeine Anhydrous — without compromising on ingredient quality or transparency.

Each serving contains 200mg caffeine together with a comprehensive blend of supporting substances such as Taurine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Citicoline and the branded ingredients PeptiPump™, Sabroxy®, SalidroPure™ and AstraGin®. Full dosages of active ingredients at optimal use of two scoops are available via HR Labs' formula breakdown, reflecting the brand's commitment to transparency and scientific integrity.

Available in the flavour Fizzy Bubble Gum, the 440g tub provides approximately 40 servings at one scoop or 20 servings at two scoops — giving you the flexibility to adjust your intake to your individual tolerance and training needs. Simply mix with water and take 20–30 minutes before training.

Usage & Dosage

Defib V3 is a high-dosed, research-driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Consider your own tolerance before use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250–350ml water 20–30 minutes before training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Optimal doses of active ingredients are achieved at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings within a 24-hour period. Do not use within 5 hours of intended sleep.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Not recommended for individuals under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before use if you are taking medication or have an underlying medical condition. High caffeine content (200mg per serving at 1 scoop).
