Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-intensity pre-workout powder created for serious athletes who demand more from every workout. Developed based on the philosophy of the legendary six-time Mr. Olympia himself, this formula combines an extensive blend of active ingredients — including Citrulline Malate, Arginine AKG, Beta-Alanine and L-Tyrosine. Available in the refreshing flavour Watermelon, and each tub contains 20 servings of precisely dosed powder.

Each serving of 19g contains 6 000mg Citrulline Malate (equivalent to 4 100mg Citrulline) and 4 000mg Arginine AKG (equivalent to 2 800mg Arginine), together with 3 000mg Beta-Alanine and 500mg L-Tyrosine.

Simply mix two heaped scoops with water and drink 20–30 minutes before training.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), Anti-caking agent (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), Flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), Maltodextrin, Caffeine anhydrous, Green tea ( Camellia sinensis ) leaf extract (standardised to 95% polyphenols and 5% caffeine), Sweetener (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Sweet orange ( Citrus sinensis ) 100% peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Guarana ( Paullinia cupana ) seed extract (standardised to 22% caffeine), Colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine), Black pepper ( Piper nigrum ) fruit extract (standardised to 95% Piperine).

Usage & Dosage

Serving size: 2 heaped scoops (19g). Servings per container: 20. Mix with water and drink approximately 20–30 minutes before training. If the product is new to you, start with 1 heaped scoop in 250ml cold water to assess tolerance.
