Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a complete pre-workout powder created for athletes who demand more from their training sessions. Each serving contains a precisely dosed combination of L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), A-AKG Complex (L-Arginine with Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate) and Beta-Alanine, together with a multi-source caffeine blend: caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract and guarana seed extract.

The formula is further enhanced with L-Tyrosine, 100% sweet orange peel extract, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) and black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine. Available in the fresh Blueberry flavour, with each 380g pack providing 20 servings.

Ingredients

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, A-AKG Complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free-form amino acid), bulking agent (maltodextrin), caffeine anhydrous, green tea leaf extract (Camellia sinensis) (standardised to 95% polyphenols and 5% caffeine), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), 100% sweet orange peel extract (Citrus sinensis), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana) (standardised to 22% caffeine), colours (Ponceau 4R*, indigo carmine), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) (standardised to 95% piperine).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 heaped scoops (19g) of powder with at least 250ml of water in a shaker and drink 30 minutes before training. If using the product for the first time, mix 1 heaped scoop (9.5g) with 250ml of water.

Warnings

High caffeine content (1840mg/100ml). Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurring headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate or a seizure disorder. If you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), antidepressant medication, or any other medicine, dietary supplement, prescription drug or over-the-counter medicine, consult a doctor. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains caffeine. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin in some individuals. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The package contains 1 silica gel sachet for moisture absorption — do not eat, and do not discard until all contents have been consumed. Ponceau 4R: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
