Blood and Guts by Dorian Yates is a high-intensity pre-workout powder designed for serious athletes. Each 19g serving contains a dosed combination of L-Citrulline Malate, Arginine AKG, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine and a multi-source caffeine complex.

The formula contains 6,000 mg L-Citrulline Malate (equivalent to 4,100 mg L-Citrulline) and 4,000 mg Arginine AKG (equivalent to 2,800 mg Arginine) per serving, along with 5,500 mg Beta-Alanine.

With a total caffeine content of 350 mg per serving — from Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Leaf Extract and Guarana Seed Extract — Blood and Guts is a high-caffeine formula intended for experienced pre-workout users. Black Pepper Fruit Extract (95% Piperine) and Sweet Orange Peel Extract round out the formula. Available in the refreshing Bubble Gum flavour, with each tub containing 20 servings.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, A-AKG Complex (L-Arginine, calcium salt of alpha-ketoglutaric acid), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), maltodextrin, Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea ( Camellia sinensis ) Leaf Extract (standardised to 95% polyphenols and 5% caffeine), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K), Sweet Orange ( Citrus sinensis ) 100% Peel Extract, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), Guarana ( Paullinia cupana ) Seed Extract (standardised to 22% caffeine), colours (Ponceau 4R, indigo carmine), Black Pepper ( Piper nigrum ) Fruit Extract (standardised to 95% piperine).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops (19 g) with 250–350 ml water and drink 30 minutes before training. For first-time users, mix 1 scoop (9.5 g) with 250 ml water. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 scoops) per 24-hour period.
