Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a complete pre-workout powder developed for serious athletes and advanced trainers who demand a performance-focused product for every workout. Inspired by the legendary training philosophy of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, this formula combines a carefully selected range of amino acids, plant extracts and micronutrients in a refreshing Mojito flavour. Each 380g tub provides 20 complete servings, with each serving consisting of two heaped scoops (19g).

The formula contains Citrulline Malate (equivalent to 4100mg L-Citrulline per serving), Arginine AKG (equivalent to 2800mg L-Arginine per serving) and Beta-Alanine at 5500mg per serving — all combined in a single convenient pre-workout powder. In addition, the blend contains L-Tyrosine, a total of 350mg caffeine from Caffeine Anhydrous and Guarana Seed Extract, Green Tea Extract standardised to 95% polyphenols, Black Pepper Extract standardised to 95% piperine, and Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) equivalent to 298% of the reference intake per serving.

Usage & Dosage

Beginners: Mix 1 scoop (9.5g) with 250ml cold water approximately 20 minutes before training. Regular users: Mix 2 scoops (19g) with 250–350ml water and drink as one serving approximately 20 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops (19g) per day.
