Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-intensity pre-workout powder, inspired by the legendary training philosophy of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates. Formulated for serious athletes who demand maximum performance from every workout, each serving contains 6000 mg Citrulline Malate, 5500 mg Beta-alanine and 4000 mg Arginine AKG.

The formula also contains L-Tyrosine, a total of 350 mg caffeine (from Caffeine Anhydrous, Green Tea Extract and Guarana Seed Extract) as well as Black Pepper Fruit Extract standardised to 95% piperine. Available in a fresh Mango flavour, each 380g tub provides 20 full servings.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), Flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), Maltodextrin, Caffeine anhydrous, Green tea ( Camellia sinensis ) leaf extract (standardised to 95% polyphenols and 5% caffeine), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Sweet orange ( Citrus sinensis ) 100% peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Guarana ( Paullinia cupana ) seed extract (standardised to 22% caffeine), Colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine), Black pepper ( Piper nigrum ) fruit extract (standardised to 95% Piperine).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 heaped scoops (19g) with 250–350 ml cold water and drink approximately 20–30 minutes before training. For first-time users: assess tolerance by taking 1 heaped scoop (half serving) with 250 ml cold water. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.

Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains caffeine (350 mg per serving) — not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume together with alcohol. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet.
