About Dorian Yates – HIT BCAA 10:1:1, Strawberry – 400g
Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is a carefully composed amino acid powder. Each 20g serving contains 12,000 mg of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) in a 10:1:1 ratio, with a dominant dose of 10,000 mg L-Leucine, complemented by L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. The formula also contains L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine and L-Tyrosine.
HIT BCAA 10:1:1 mixes easily with water and comes in the refreshing flavour Strawberry.
Each pack contains 20 full servings, providing a simple and consistent dosing experience in line with Dorian Yates' philosophy of High Intensity Training.

Ingredients
Branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine in a 10:1:1 ratio), L-citrulline DL-malate (2:1), beta-alanine, L-tyrosine, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), emulsifier (lecithins from soy), colour (Sunset Yellow FCF*).
*Sunset Yellow FCF may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (20g) with 500–600 ml of water. Drink 1 serving daily, before or during training.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement's ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. Keep out of reach of children. Consult your doctor if you are being treated for a medical condition.

Storage
Store tightly closed between 5–30°C (41–86°F). Store away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. Store out of reach of children in a tightly sealed original container. After opening, do not store the product for longer than 6 months.
