Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is an amino acid powder containing Citrulline Malate and Beta-Alanine. Each 20g serving provides 12,000mg of amino acids in a 10:1:1 ratio, including 10,000mg L-Leucine, 1,000mg L-Isoleucine and 1,000mg L-Valine.

In addition to the amino acid profile, each serving also contains 3,000mg Citrulline Malate, 2,000mg Beta-Alanine and 1,000mg L-Tyrosine, completing the formula. The powder mixes easily in water, comes in a fresh Peach flavour, and provides 20 servings per 400g container, making it easy to include in your pre- or intra-workout routine.

Ingredients

Instant BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, Tyrosine, anti-caking agents (E551, E341i), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavouring, colour (E160a), red beet juice concentrate, sweetener (sucralose).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop of powder (20g) with 500–600 ml of water. Drink 1 serving daily, before or during exercise.
