Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is an amino acid powder. Each 20 g serving contains 12,000 mg BCAA in a 10:1:1 ratio — with 10,000 mg L-Leucine together with 1,000 mg each of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.

The formula also contains 3,000 mg Citrulline Malate (providing 2,049 mg L-Citrulline), 2,000 mg Beta-Alanine and 1,000 mg L-Tyrosine. The powder dissolves easily in water and comes in a fresh Orange flavour.

Ingredients

Instant BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, Tyrosine, Anti-Caking Agents (E551, E341), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Colour (E160a), Red Beet Juice Concentrate, Sweetener (Sucralose). Contains soy.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop of powder (20 g) with 500–600 ml water. Drink 1 serving daily, before or during training.

Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin in some individuals. Keep out of reach of children.

Storage
