Dorian Yates HIT BCAA 10:1:1 is a high-intensity training formula that delivers 12,000 mg of branched-chain amino acids per serving in an advanced 10:1:1 ratio, with a dominant dose of 10,000 mg L-Leucine.

Each 20 g scoop also contains 3,000 mg L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), 2,000 mg Beta-Alanine and 1,000 mg L-Tyrosine.

Available in the refreshing Mango flavour, and each 400 g tub provides 20 servings. The powder dissolves easily in cold water, making it easy to use straight after training.

BCAA (L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine), L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1) (L-Citrulline), Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, branched-chain amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine in the ratio 10:1:1, L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Emulsifier (Soy Lecithin), Colour (Sunset Yellow FCF*).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 serving (20 g) with 500–600 ml cold water. Drink 1 serving straight after training.

Storage

Store the bottle tightly closed between 5–30°C (41–86°F). Store away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening, do not store the product for longer than 6 months.
