Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 to 2 doses (30g per dose) with at least 350ml of water or milk in a shaker and consume. For optimal results, consume one dose (30g) mixed with 200–300ml of water or milk immediately after your workout. Can also be used as a protein-rich snack between meals.
