Dorian Yates #M6Teen Explosive Pre-Workout Shot is a ready-mixed pre-workout shot in liquid form. Packaged in convenient 60 ml single-use ampoules, each shot contains the brand's own Battle-Blend (Beta-Alanine, Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous and Nicotinamide) together with a targeted B-vitamin complex, in a fresh Blueberry flavour.

The compact shot format makes it easy to include in your pre-training routine without any need for mixing or measuring.

Ingredients

Water, Battle-Blend (Beta-Alanine, Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Nicotinamide), acid (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Nicotinamide, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), colour (Ponceau 4R*, Indigo Carmine), pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.

Usage & Dosage

Drink 1 ampoule (60 ml) 30 minutes before starting activity. Do not exceed one shot within a 24-hour period.

Warnings

High caffeine content (85 mg/serving). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement's ingredients. Do not use in combination with other caffeine-containing products. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before use if you have or have had heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurring headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, enlarged prostate, or a family history of seizure disorders.
