Dorian Yates Liquid L-Carnitine 3000 delivers 3000mg of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate per ready-to-drink 25ml ampoule. The liquid format lets you take it directly before your workout, with no mixing or measuring required.
Each serving is enriched with a blend of micronutrients — Vitamin C, Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), Vitamin B6 and Chromium — to complement your nutritional intake around exercise. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

Usage & Dosage
Drink 1 ampoule (25ml) 30 minutes before your workout. One serving per day.
