Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-stimulant pre-workout formula, developed according to the legendary six-time Mr. Olympia winner's own philosophy. Supplied in convenient single-use sachets with a powerful Mango flavour, where each 19g portion is pre-measured for precision and portability — ready to mix wherever your training takes you.

Each sachet contains an extensive blend of ingredients, including Citrulline Malate, Arginine AKG, Beta-Alanine, L-Tyrosine and a multi-source caffeine complex delivering a total of 350 mg per serving, together with green tea, guarana and bitter orange extracts.

The sachet format makes Blood and Guts an ideal companion for athletes and gym-goers who demand a consistent, ready-to-use pre-workout experience. With 20 sachets per pack (380g in total), each serving is simply mixed with at least 250 ml of cold water in a shaker 30 minutes before training.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), Flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), Maltodextrin, Caffeine anhydrous, Green tea ( Camellia sinensis ) leaf extract (standardised to 95% polyphenols and 5% caffeine), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Sweet orange ( Citrus sinensis ) 100% peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Guarana ( Paullinia cupana ) seed extract (standardised to 22% caffeine), Colours (Ponceau 4R***, Indigo Carmine), Black pepper ( Piper nigrum ) fruit extract (standardised to 95% Piperine).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 heaped scoops (1 sachet / 19g) with at least 250 ml of cold water in a shaker and drink 30 minutes before training. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9.5g) with 250 ml of water.

Warnings

High caffeine content (1840 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for those sensitive to caffeine or other stimulants. Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before use. Not recommended for use by people taking medication. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin in some individuals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement's ingredients. The package contains 1 silica gel sachet for moisture absorption — do not eat, and do not discard until all contents have been consumed.

Storage

Store the package tightly sealed between 5–30°C (41–86°F). Store away from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening, do not store the product for longer than 6 months.
