Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is a high-intensity pre-workout formula developed according to the philosophy of the legendary six-time Mr. Olympia himself. Delivered in convenient single-serve sachets in the flavour Pear-Kiwi, each 19g serving provides a precisely dosed blend of ingredients. With 20 sachets per pack, it's ideal for athletes who want even, measured portions on the go.

Each sachet combines Citrulline Malate (6000 mg), Beta-Alanine (5500 mg) and Arginine AKG (4000 mg) together with L-Tyrosine, Caffeine Anhydrous and a Green Tea leaf extract standardised to 95% polyphenols. The formula is further rounded out with Guarana Seed Extract, Sweet Orange Peel Extract, Black Pepper Fruit Extract (standardised to 95% Piperine) and Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide).

Please note that this product has a high caffeine content (350 mg per serving). It is intended for healthy adults only and is not suitable for anyone under 18, people sensitive to caffeine, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Always read all warnings before use.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-alanine, A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), maltodextrin, caffeine anhydrous, green tea ( Camellia sinensis ) leaf extract (standardised to 95% Polyphenols and 5% Caffeine), sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Sweet orange ( Citrus sinensis ) 100% peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Guarana ( Paullinia cupana ) seed extract (standardised to 22% Caffeine), colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine), Black pepper ( Piper nigrum ) fruit extract (standardised to 95% Piperine).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 heaped scoops (19g) / 1 sachet with 250–350 ml cold water. Drink 30 minutes before your workout. For first-time users, mix one dosing scoop (9.5g) with 250 ml water.

Warnings

High caffeine content (1840 mg/100 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before use if you have heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurring headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, or seizure disorders. If you are using MAO inhibitors, antidepressants or other medication, consult a doctor. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains caffeine. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Storage

Store the container tightly closed between 5–30°C (41–86°F). Store protected from direct heat, moisture and sunlight. After opening, do not store the product for longer than 6 months.
