Dorian Yates Blood and Guts is an advanced pre-workout powder designed for athletes preparing for intense training sessions. Named after the legendary high-intensity training philosophy of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, this formula is built around a precise combination of ingredients — including 6000 mg L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), 5500 mg Beta-Alanine and an A-AKG complex of 4000 mg.

Each serving contains 350 mg caffeine from multiple sources — caffeine anhydrous, green tea extract and guarana seed extract. Black pepper fruit extract standardised to 95% piperine is also included in the formula.

L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, A-AKG complex (L-Arginine, Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), Anti-caking agents (Silicon dioxide, Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid), Flavouring, L-Tyrosine (free amino acid form), Maltodextrin, Caffeine anhydrous, Green tea ( Camellia sinensis ) leaf extract (standardised to 95% polyphenols and 5% caffeine), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame-K), Sweet orange ( Citrus sinensis ) 100% peel extract, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Guarana ( Paullinia cupana ) seed extract (standardised to 22% caffeine), Colours (Ponceau 4R, Indigo Carmine), Black pepper ( Piper nigrum ) fruit extract (standardised to 95% Piperine).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 2 scoops of powder (19 g) with at least 250 ml water in a shaker and take 30 minutes before training. For first-time users, mix one scoop (9,5 g) with 250 ml water. Do not exceed 1 serving (2 scoops) per day.

High caffeine content (1840 mg/100 ml). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop using the product two weeks before surgery. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The container contains 1 silica gel packet to absorb moisture — do not consume.
