Ingredients

Berberine HCL (Berberis vulgaris), Capsicum pepper (Capsicum annuum) extract 8:1 (equivalent to 800 mg), Green tea extract 20:1 (equivalent to 2000 mg) 95% polyphenols, 75% catechins, 50% EGCG (Camellia sinensis), L-Choline Bitartrate, Black Pepper Extract (95% piperine) (Piper nigrum), ProGBB (Gamma-butyrobetaine), L-Phenylalanine, caffeine, chromium, Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate).

Coating: HPMC, Nutrafinish black.

Usage & Dosage

Beginner: Start by taking 2 tablets with a 250 ml glass of cold water once a day, preferably in the morning. Advanced: Take 2 tablets in the morning and 2 tablets in the afternoon, no later than 5 hours before bedtime. Daily serving = 2 tablets (30 servings per pack).

Warnings

Do not exceed recommended dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before using this product if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurring headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate or a seizure disorder. If you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), antidepressant medication, or any other medication, dietary supplement, prescription drug or over-the-counter medication, consult a doctor. Stop using the product two weeks before surgery. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains caffeine. Do not take together with other caffeine-containing products. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
