Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (7g) or 2 scoops (14g) with 200–250ml water or your drink of choice. Start with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance due to the high stimulant content. Consume before training on workout days. Do not exceed 2 scoops (14g) within 24 hours.
