Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (7g) or 2 scoops (14g) with 200–250ml water or your beverage of choice. Start with 1 scoop to assess your tolerance due to the high stimulant content. Consume before training on training days. Do not exceed 2 scoops within 24 hours. Do not consume within 4–6 hours before bedtime.
