Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (7g) or 2 scoops (14g) with 200–250ml cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance due to the high stimulant content. Do not exceed 2 scoops (14g) within a 24-hour period.
