Usage & Dosage

Take one dose of NaughtyBoy® Hydramind (9.4g) with 400ml of ice-cold water and mix. Adjust the amount of liquid to suit your taste. Consume Hydramind at the gym and at work to support hydration and cognition. Do not exceed one serving per day.
