Directions for use: Adults: pour 4 g (1 teaspoon) into a glass, add 100ml of warm water and mix, once the powder has dissolved add more water. Take once a day, preferably with a meal.
Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from light in a cool, dry place.
