NKO™ is a synergistic combination of essential unsaturated fatty acids, phospholipids and antioxidants.

The main phospholipid contained in the oil is phosphatidylcholine. This ingredient, a form of lecithin, is a very important nutrient for the brain. In order for our body to properly process supplemented phospholipids, they must be bound to the right kind of fat, which the body cannot synthesise on its own. Such fats are the polyunsaturated OMEGA-3 fatty acids (docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
