DESCRIPTION:

Resveratrol is a naturally occurring phytoalexin produced by some higher plants, i.e. plants with an advanced structure and methods of reproduction. Resveratrol is a stress response triggered by damage, fungal infections or the effects of environmental pollution – in short, resveratrol is a defensive substance that becomes active in the face of a threat. Resveratrol is a stilbene derivative, belonging to the group of plant polyphenols, which are widely recognised as compounds with an exceptionally beneficial effect on health.

The richest source of trans-resveratrol is Japanese knotweed. Resveratrol is also a valuable component of dark grape juice. It can also be found in wine, especially red wine. Due to the exceptional properties of this compound, the search for new sources of it is still ongoing.

What does micronization mean?

In this case, micronization means reducing the particles of the loose form of the extract to a size that makes its absorption by our body easier, faster and thus more effective.
Micronized powder particles are 100 to 200 times smaller than particles of a regular extract. Their size falls within the range of 1-4 microns. Most available micronized preparations fall within the range of 149-224 microns. The absorption of this form of the preparation is approx. 200% greater than that of regular trans-resveratrol.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule twice a day

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. The product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor by children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
