DESCRIPTION:

Hericium erinaceus, also known as Lion's Mane, is a species of edible mushroom found in forests all over the world, including North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. It has a distinctive appearance and is valued both for its taste and its potential health benefits.

Lion's Mane has an unusual form, resembling fluffy, white clusters or pods on the outside. These clusters are made up of long, slender "spines" or "tendrils" that hang down from the base. Each "tendril" has a tip resembling a hedgehog's spines in appearance, which gives the mushroom its characteristic look. It's worth remembering, however, that the fresh mushroom is not widely available in Poland, but it is available in dried form or as a dietary supplement.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule twice a day.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product.
